Keep an independent restaurant's doors open.
Donations fund pro-bono consulting for struggling independent restaurants — kitchen operations audits and turnaround guidance for owners who can't afford help but can't afford to fail either. Every dollar is matched 1:1 up to $100.
“Plant trees under the shade of which we do not expect to sit.”
We match your donation 1:1 up to $100 — give $100 and it becomes $200 of impact.
Online donation processing opens soon. We are setting up secure donation processing now. Leave your email and we’ll notify you the moment it’s live — or email us directly any time.
We make no claims about amounts raised. Donations are not tax-deductible unless and until we confirm otherwise in writing — ask us and we’ll tell you plainly.
